Sammy B. Ridgeway, former owner of Tall Tales Fish Camp, established Ribault St. Eatery and Catering in March of 2004. For several years, Ribault St. served as an eatery, offering breakfast and lunch to the Spartanburg community. It also offered a corporate catering service, catering luncheons to surrounding businesses and medical offices for pharmaceutical representatives. Along with the growth of the restaurant, the catering side of the business expanded rapidly. Along with corporate drop-off luncheons, Ribault St. caters corporate events as large as 1500 people, and elegant and extravagant weddings in various venues of Spartanburg, Greenville, Columbia, Charlotte, Greenwood, and Hendersonville. Ribault Eatery recently changed its name to Two Samuels. The restaurant serves upscale lunch and dinner with an extensive wine list and some of the most delectable culinary offerings of American cuisine. After graduating from the George Dean Johnson School of Business, Sammy’s son, Carter Ridgeway, joined the Ribault St. team in May of 2008. Between the new restaurant venture and an ever-expanding catering business, Ribault St. continues to innovate and grow, striving to reach and serve more clients across the state of South Carolina and Southern and Western North Carolina. Our goal is to provide the best culinary experience and service of the South. Our Contact Staff Owner: Sammy B. Ridgeway Jr. General Manager: Carter Ridgeway Office Manager: Judy L. Gregg |
